Your inspection content
Your property address, inspection comments, photos and report files stay in your browser on your device. HandoverX does not receive or store this inspection content and cannot retrieve or recover it. Report generation, photo markup and available automatic translation happen on your device.
Keep your own copies
You are responsible for downloading and safely keeping your PDF and full report backup before your access expires. Browser storage is temporary and is not a guaranteed backup. Clearing site data, private browsing, device loss, browser storage limits and browser settings may remove your work. A different browser or device will not automatically contain your report.
HandoverX does not automatically delete your local report when your pass expires. Expiry blocks normal access through the app. Downloaded files remain under your control. A PDF is for reading and sharing; keep the full backup if you need an editable copy.
Your property pass
The advertised price is S$28.90 for one property address, including its unit number. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Your first successful login starts 35 calendar days of access. The login date is Day 1. Access ends at 23:59 Singapore time on Day 35. Receiving your email does not start the period.
Confirm your address carefully. It cannot be changed through the report editor after confirmation. Keep your access code private. Each additional property requires its own pass. An internet connection is required to verify access.
Payment and access information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Our access service processes your purchase email, payment reference, code-verification information, activation and expiry dates, and security records needed to provide your pass. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider. These services are separate from your device-only inspection content. Card numbers are not collected by HandoverX.
Chinese and English comments
Your original comment is retained. Automatic translation runs only where on-device translation is supported; a language pack may need to download. No online translation fallback is used. Where automatic translation is unavailable, you can enter English yourself. Review the meaning before including a translation in your report.
Your report
You are responsible for the accuracy of your observations and the photos you choose. HandoverX helps organise a record; it does not inspect the property, determine responsibility, or guarantee deposit recovery or any other tenancy outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
