YOUR DEVICE. YOUR RECORDS.

Your home is personal.
Your report should be, too.

Your address, comments and photos stay in this browser. HandoverX does not receive or store your inspection content and cannot recover it.

Download your PDF and full backup before your access expires. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or losing your device may remove your work.

Payment and minimum access information are processed separately. On-device automatic translation is available only in supported browsers; you can always enter an English translation yourself.

Keep both copies.

Your PDF is for reading and sharing. Your full backup contains the editable report and original photos. Store them somewhere you control. A PDF alone cannot restore an editable report.

There is no automatic deletion of your report by HandoverX. Browser storage may still be cleared or removed by your device. Use the same browser and device to return to your work.
